Non OHIP Insured Services
Why are some services not covered? While the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) covers most of your standard medical care, there are many "uninsured services" that the Ministry of Health does not pay for. These are typically administrative tasks or procedures deemed "not medically necessary" by the province. Our fees follow the guidelines set by the Ontario Medical Association (OMA).

All patients undergoing cataract surgery in Ontario are entitles to a medically necessary IOL and measurements with A-Scan biometry + manual keratometry. All surgery options mentioned above are optional.
All of the above fees are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, and Mastercard.

Missed Appointments: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $60.

Financial Hardship: We believe in equitable care. If you are experiencing significant financial difficulty, please speak with your physician privately.
